Tanner Konrady and Kelsey Konrady Elmore are a brother-sister team that grew up on the south end of Wrightsville Beach. Seeing neighbors come and go from their beach homes, Tanner and Kelsey saw firsthand the need and desire of their neighbors to have a local point of contact and watchful set of eyes to ensure their homes stayed in tip-top shape while they were away. And so, the idea of a Home Management division offering Management, Maintenance and Concierge was created!
The Home Management division of Konrady & Son Construction provides extensive home maintenance and management knowledge. Whether clients live locally, have beach homes, or are just in town for a visit, South End Properties brings a passion for detail, planning, and helping others enjoy all that life has to offer.
